Their first date was over. Joey insisted on calling Alley a car to take her home. While they were waiting, he bought her a single red rose. The car arrived and they said goodnight. Once inside, Alley nervously asked the driver how much her trip back to Brooklyn would cost only to find out that Joey had taken care of it. “That’s when I knew he was a keeper” Alley informed me as we traipsed around DUMBO, Brooklyn’s most photogenic neighborhood.
Joey is in real estate and Alley is a prop stylist. Is it any wonder that she styled this engagement session perfectly? “Joey made me promise not to bring any props,” she informed me. And she was true to her word (unless you count a pink tutu and a tiny bottle of Chanel ), but in the magic neighborhood of DUMBO with its towering bridges and sparkling city lights, no props were needed to create an truly magical engagement session.
Alley and Joey, I had a blast hanging out with you. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. I wish you guys a perfectly enchanting wedding day!
